Explain a database in three sentences to your eight-year-old nephew.?
You want to keep track of how often you play leggo games. You can write it all in a book that you'll have to replace or store it on your computer where the information is easier to access & change. When its stored on the computer with intent to update/maintain, its a database.
Name a looping structure that's available in C# but not in JavaScript?
foreeach...both have for, while, & do-while loops
What are some of the reasons for automating a process or procedure?
Saves time and money and allows one to be off doing other things while process is being automated. Basically, automating a process leads to efficiency, better quality and increased productivity.
What has been your experience in developing applications?
Extensive, to say the least. I have been developing web applications a few years now and I have developed everything from e-commerce web apps to online library system web apps to Ajax web apps.
Which Adobe softwares are you proficient with?
I am proficient with Dreamweaver, PhotoShop, Flash, Illustrator, Fireworks & Acrobat
How many weg.configs can an application have?
Only one at the root and potentially other web.configs in sub-folders. Inheritance applies from root inwards though
What do you see yourself doing in 5 years?
Playing a major IT-related role in a really great company whiles making creative contributions to Web development.

Explain the life cycle of an ASP .NET page?
Once a page is requested from the web server, it goes through stages from its creation to disposal. These stages are: start, initialization, load, validation, event handling, then the page is rendered (acronym: SILVER).
What is workflow?
Refers to analyzing and managing business/corporate processes and using a object-oriented programming approach in effort to create consistency, effectively manage workload and to ensure coherence; so that work prerequisites don't overlap.
